How the sponges are collected: The stem is cut in a specific place to promote growth, (much like pruning a bush or a tree). This is done three times to harvest and then it’s left to bloom for the rest of it’s lifespan. The cutting provides the sponge with more resilience & strength.
Holy Water was founded by Alyssa Campbell experimenting in her kitchen whilst working for an apothecary in Seattle. Today, based in Bath, England, Alyssa and her team have created a range that is beautifully hand made using entirely natural and organic elements. Devoid of preservatives and harsh chemicals, ingredients are hand collected, foraged, wild harvested and cruelty free.
