Delivery and Returns
A standard delivery charge of £5.95 applies to orders under £100.
For orders over £100 delivery is free.
Delivery is by Royal Mail and is tracked and confirmed and takes 4 – 7 working days. Express delivery on all orders is £8.95 and takes up 2 – 4 working days. A signature is required for this.
Delivery outside the UK is charged at cost. A quotation will be provided when your order is received and an electronic invoice sent. If you do not wish to accept the cost of shipping, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Delivery takes 7-10 working days.
When the order is dispatched confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, this can be done for a refund or exchange. Please contact us and make the return within 14 days of receiving the item in re-saleable condition. Please use original packaging where possible and include the return slip in the package. Please remember that the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them, so we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured service. Except in the case of damaged or faulty goods you are responsible for the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE: if the value of goods returned causes your total order value to fall below our threshold for free delivery, our standard £5.95 delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
We take great care when packing and delivering your goods. If they reach you in less than perfect condition, please contact us as soon as you can (and no later than 14 days after delivery) so that we can arrange a replacement or refund which we will do on receipt of the item(s).
